5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@reyixia.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once your order enters the processing stage, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are committed to your satisfaction.
Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo within 72 hours of receiving it, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Lost in Transit:
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will promptly send a replacement free of charge.
